How does it work?
If a deal looks great to you, make sure to purchase it before the timer runs out. After you purchase, you will receive an email with details on how to access your deal voucher.
How long does each sale last?
You typically have seven (7) days to purchase the deal, and up to 2 weeks to purchase a travel deal, before it is gone. Please note the timer, located on the right-hand side of the deal, which displays how much time is left until the deal expires. Inventory is also limited, so act fast to avoid missing out on the offer!
For how long is the deal valid once I've purchased it?
Vouchers will be good for several months, sometimes even up to one year. Each deal has its own expiration date, which is determined by the participating spa, wellness business or salon. The terms and conditions for each deal will state how long the voucher is valid. Please note you should always review the terms and conditions to confirm the available times and dates of service for your deal.
Is the information I provide to purchase my deal kept safe?
You can breathe easy, knowing we do not retain any credit card information and have strict security in place to keep information secure.
How do I find out about the spa/business that is offering a particular deal?
Each deal will include information about the participating partner, including its location, a description of the treatment or service, interior photos of the property and even reviews from other clients.
Can I give a SpaFinder Now deal as a gift?
Of course! Just make sure you select the "give this deal as a gift" option before checkout. You can also fill out a personalized message to make it extra special.
I have a SpaFinder Now voucher. How do I use it to redeem my treatment?
Just book an appointment with the spa/business between the dates indicated on the voucher and enjoy (don't forget to bring your voucher with you to the appointment.)
