All vouchers ("Vouchers") are promotional Vouchers that are being offered for sale (each, an "Offer") by individual, participating merchants ("Merchants") to be used in exchange for goods and/or services provided by such Merchants. In order to purchase a promotional Voucher you must first create a SpaFinder Now account at http://www.now.spafinder.com. Your account will allow you to print the promotional Vouchers you purchase, manage your purchases and related information, and also allow us to better serve you. You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the password you have chosen for your account, and you are responsible for all transactions consummated through your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account is being used without your authorization. Please view our Privacy Policy to understand how your privacy is protected.
By placing an order for a promotional Voucher from a Merchant, you make an offer to purchase the promotional Vouchers you have selected from the Merchant on the terms and conditions stated both pursuant to the Offer and also below. While SpaFinder is fulfilling the sale of these promotional Vouchers, SpaFinder is neither the seller of the promotional Voucher nor the provider of any goods and/or services received in exchange for such promotional Voucher. The Merchant is the holder and issuer of the promotional Voucher and also the seller and provider of the goods and services received in exchange for the promotional Voucher, and is solely responsible for validating and redeeming any promotional Voucher you purchase and for any customer service issues related thereto.
All conditions of each Offer are created and determined by the Merchant. Promotional Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Offer, and any limitations on the use of any promotional Voucher are determined by the Merchant in its sole discretion. Promotional Vouchers cannot be combined with any other vouchers, third party certificates, coupons, or promotions, unless otherwise specified by the Merchant. Promotional Vouchers cannot be used for taxes, tips or prior balances, unless specifically permitted by the Merchant. If the promotional Voucher is redeemed for less than its face value, you will receive cash or credit from the Merchant equal to the remaining balance, solely in the Merchant’s discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Promtional Vouchers are for a single use and cannot be used more than once. Reproduced promotional Vouchers will not be accepted if the original promotional Voucher (or identical reproduced promotional Voucher) has already been used. Promotional Vouchers are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Promotional Vouchers are not returnable, and all sales of promotional Vouchers are final. Promotional Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash in New Jersey or for cash in any other state unless such state requires cash redemption.
Neither SpaFinder, nor any of its affiliates, makes any warranty of any kind regarding any service you may receive in connection with your use and redemption of any Voucher. SpaFinder and its affiliates are not responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, cost, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of any Voucher or the performance or non-performance by any Merchant or other third party, or any of their respective representatives, even if you have been advised of the possibility of damages.
Any expiration dates on any promotional Voucher have been imposed by the Merchant. If the promotional Voucher expires, Merchant will honor the expired promotional Voucher by giving a credit redeemable for goods and services equal to the dollar amount paid for the promotional Voucher.
Any attempted redemption of a promotional Voucher not consistent with the terms of the Offer or these terms and conditions will render the promotional Voucher null and void.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Your continued use of this site and/or the purchase of a promotional Voucher after any change in these terms and conditions will indicate your consent and acceptance of any such change.
